Originally introduced in 2003, the 2008 Porsche Cayenne series sees some major styling changes. The car gets a whole new look with redesigned front and back. It comes fitted with a more powerful engine and yet is surprisingly more fuel efficient at the same time! Porsche has managed to pull off a neat coupe with its 2008 Porsche Cayenne series. Flatter headlights, a front hood leading edge, restyled gaping lower grilles, and the tire range is now available from 17” to 21”, which is one inch more than previous models.
Available in three engine variants, the 2008 Porsche Cayenne series sees an engine upgrade, with the base model fitted with a V-6 3.6 liter engine that can produce 290 horsepower, the middle variant Cayenne S available with a V-8 4.8 liter engine that can produce 385 horsepower and a torque of around 369 pounds-feet, and the top end V-8 Cayenne Turbo 4.8 liter engine that is capable of generating 500 horsepower and 516 pounds-feet of torque.
